Natur Sleep accepts returns within 30 days of purchase from our website for exchange or refund. All returned items must be returned to Natur Sleep unused and in same-as-received-condition with all tags attached and include the original packing list. Shipping fees, if any, are not refundable and return shipping is at customer’s expense. In the event new merchandise is received in damaged condition, a refund will be granted after a complete investigation by Natur Sleep.
Please allow an additional 14 days on top of shipping time for your order to be processed, professionally packed and shipped. Natür Sleep will send you an email with shipping details and tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking numbers take time to appear in the online records at UPS and USPS. If you visit their site too soon, you may receive a message indicating the tracking number is invalid. There is no need for concern. Just try again later.
